
This is by far the best lasagna I've ever made... I still see room for a little improvement. Using spiced sausage with a more crumbly texture, I think, would be a good move.
Stuffing:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 lb Italian Sausage
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp dried basil
3 Tomatos, chopped
1 cup marinara
Cheese:
24 oz ricotta cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp parsley
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 lb mozzerella cheese, shreaded (mix in half, use half as topping)
Lasagna Noodles
